Abayev: you have to overcome the fear of coronavirus and follow the rules.

Minister of Information and Public Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan Dauren Abayev urged Kazakhstanis to overcome panic fear in connection with the spread of coronavirus infection on the air of "Open Dialog" program, reports Toppress.kz.

The reaction of the population is natural, fear in such a situation is absolutely normal, there is nothing shameful and reprehensible in it. But it is also necessary to understand that fear is different and now you and I need to overcome the fear of panic, the so-called fear of unaccountable, because it suppresses in us a sensible beginning, prevents soberly and clearly look at reality, - said Abayev.

The head of the department added that to overcome fear does not mean demonstrative bravado.

No, that's the other extreme, which, unfortunately, we often fall into. Today, no one is demanding any kind of outrageous heroism from the people of Kazakhstan. All that is necessary is to follow simple rules, simple rules, you can even say elementary. Everyone knows these rules very well," the minister said.

Bottom line: The beast is not as scary as it is tiny. If there are symptoms, if your inner voice says it's okay, don't resist, and lie down safely in quarantine. It's better to be sure it's okay than to torture yourself and put people in danger. Walking and waiting for everything to go away is not worth it, our national Koz tidy and Suk tidy do not work here. Adrastapan doesn't work here either. Leave it to the professionals.
